Did you know that that is not who it goes to. home builder consultant knows, but I know it goes to realtors who pay for the Zillow has no data. So usually a realtor will pay for the zip code. And so it just goes to like the highest bidder. Or sometimes they sell it in certain demographics. And so they’ll pay for a demographic.

And so, you know, if it was seven, five, seven, five, seven zip code, they might pay ten grand a month for all the leads from Realtor.com. Or if there’s a lot of leads, they might pay five grand for a 10th of the leads. And it might be a rotation.

They might sell that zip code to 20 Realtors that are all paying five grand a month based on. It’s all based on the number of leads that are per month in a listing. So they have the analytics on it and they sell it. Realtor.com optimizes it to make as much money as they possibly can off of it. Right.

If I click email the agent, you’re thinking, I’m sending it to the agent who has this house listed, and they’re going to respond with a thoughtful piece of information that tells me about this home that’s for sale.

Now, there’s one little section you can’t see that they can see. So this is the part you can see. This is called, public remarks in an in a listing there’s another section called Agent Remarks. Agent only remarks only the agent can see. So it might say something like must call ahead of time. There’s a large German shepherd that we have to put in, you know, whatever might give some instructions about that or make sure you go, the lock box is on a it’s on the gas meter on the east side of the home.

Now, occasionally you’ll get a realtor who’s conscientious, and they’ll look up all the information and the agent remarks before they call you, and then they’ll actually maybe have some relevant information that’s helpful.
