It’s like I did that until 8:00 last night with people, so I’m fine. There’s. There’s very few that want to work to the same mission as you. It’s like our only goal is to get to the finish line. Why are you being combative? You know so. And I don’t have. I’ve never had anybody, like, just be easy on me and be like, it’s okay, buddy.
We’ll figure, like, people will. My whole life, people just told me, hey, that’s a stupid response. So I want to say, hey, that’s stupid, but you can’t do that.
I the way I have said it over the years is I feel like realtors for the most part,
they have, like, an income repelling quality about them where they literally feels like other activities are in that direction, you know? So it is very frustrating. And now you guys understand why when you first I know each one of you, when you first started with me, you’re like, why do you dislike realtors so much?
And I’m like, you’ll understand eventually. And then you guys all eventually go. Now I understand
you know this over here. On the bright side, I sold more houses this year than my old boss did. Nice.

So, no, I mean, this is kind of like what I figured it was just I didn’t know. I figured I’d ask if we had something already built out or not.

Blender warm handoff. And I would schedule the price out. That’s what I would do. So I would start by like I’d have the website ready to go in the background. Before I get in the meeting, I would go through the guest registration card questions. I’d be like, how many bedrooms do you guys want? How many bathrooms do you want?
You know, I would I would actually start with this. Let me back up one step, I would go. Does everybody know what four is? Who knows what four is? Somebody gets you will get a $4,000 cash mailed to your doorstep. You know the answer to what four is. And you are not allowed to ask ChatGPT. That’s what I yell at least once.

I prefer to not meet with just one of them, if at all possible. So highest and best is like meet with both of them. If you can’t get that, I’ll take it. But then I’m pushing during that meeting for both. But I would still go through the same things. Okay. If you consistently over deliver, you’ll eventually be overpaid.
You might have heard me say this before. So if you consistently, like, do that with them and you run through this entire gamut from A to Z, then I think you kind of create a, you know, wow, you gave me some great information.
