So, Ashley, you are you are like, several months ahead of where Sandy is right now, where Mike came to every meeting with you.

 

And is it better now that Mike isn’t in any of the meetings? Yes. Well, yes, but he still pops. And every once in a while, like he was in the neighborhood and I was talking, I was doing a price out one day. And so he had he was doing other things in the neighborhood. And he when he was about to leave, they were still here.

 

So he decided to pop in, you know, just to say hi. And I had already told that they wanted to do a heated floor in the bathroom there. They told them no, like, no, we don’t do that. Like, because I just don’t want to deal with it. And they were fine with it. And then he came in and they were talking and like, so you guys don’t do heated forum.

 

He’s like, I would do that for you. And I shot him like the evil eye and he knew home builder consultant was like I already had it. And afterwards Mike comes to me and he goes, oh my God, I got to stay out of the model. I just cost myself so much time and effort. And just because I said yes to this custom option, he’s like, she had already told him no and they were fine with it.

 

And I stuck my foot in my mouth and he was like, I got to stay out of there. So that’s kind of what? Yeah, sometimes. Yeah, that’s okay. And so I’ll go learn to learn. He’ll learn. But you do a better job of, just keeping them in check and getting them across the finish line than he does.

 

So unfortunately. But, unfortunately, that he comes in and still fortunate for me, though. Yes, yes. So, Okay. Anybody else have any objections? Hurdles, obstacles? Need help getting somebody across the finish line?

 

Maybe. Maybe, any tips for Jordan? New hairstyles? Anything? For.

 

Nobody has a tip for Jordan on a new hairstyle. Okay. No, for that poor guy. Sorry, buddy. You’re just going to have to go with that look through the holiday season. I’m sorry, but.

 

Okay. How are the realtor? One on one phone calls going for you guys?

 

It gets quiet when you ask these home builder consultant questions during.

 

Okay. Good. Thank you, thank you. Somebody answered. Good. So, What what, challenges are you running into? Typical on rescheduling them when they text me like, oh, I had a client copy in my client tomorrow, and I think it’s gonna be tough the next two weeks as well. I, I think it will be tough up through the end of this week.

 

Usually, like in between Christmas and New Year’s, it’s maybe a little bit easier to get them to come in. Are the ones who do it full time. Are actual movers and shakers? I think for the ones, it’s like just a few minutes ago. I don’t think you were on when this happened. Ty. But when home builder consultant asked, like, who’s going to sign a deal before the end of the year?

 

Brady, who is, you know, aggressive and wants to sell a lot, said, man, I got ten more days to sell houses before the first of the year. I’m definitely going to get one, you know? So I think the the realtors who have kind of that like eye of the Tiger mindset, I think it’s actually a good time of year to get them in is between Christmas and New Year’s.

 

And definitely going into January 2nd and beyond, what is like every other commercial on TV right now.

 

So, okay, Coca-Cola. Well, that’s kind of true. I don’t watch commercials. Okay. Hang on. I’m going to I’m going to see if I can find this. Calls for a YouTube video. Jordan. Hang on. It’s coming. You’re going to look like Carl here on the video. Jordan. That’s actually me. When home builder consultant was younger in this video, when I had the shake weight, that’s actually a video of me. I had more hair. I’m very buff because I held the shake weight for an hour a day. You you don’t even need to go to the gym anymore, Jordan.

 

You just need the shake weight. That’s all you need in life. I mean, yeah, you know, my my mother in law is the lady that’s on the Suzanne Button Thighmaster and AB coaster videos. Billy. Yeah, that’s pretty incredible. Did you know all you need is a chair to workout? You can just, like, do push ups from a chair and, like, squats with a chair.

 

All of the ads. Yeah. Like that. There you go. It shows an old man doing them. Yeah. That’s AB right there. You got it Brady. That was well demonstrated my friend. Thank you guys. But these are guys. These are new home sales training tips on how to stay in shape as a new home sales salesperson. It’s just to get the chair workout going.

 

Yeah that’s perfect. But like all of the ads at this time of year are usually about like how to like get in shape and be in shape. But it’s the mindset of new year, new you, right? It’s the mindset of last year. I didn’t accomplish all the goals home builder consultant wanted. Next year I’m going to. People are very optimistic in January.

 

And so I think it is the perfect time for you guys to go get realtors to get booked for one on ones. So I said all that to say, who, is going to go book themselves at least five people in the next two weeks that will come and meet with you. Who can do it? Who feels confident you can do that?

 

Show up. Okay, so five appointments in the next two weeks. Who’s going to take the five appointment challenge from Aaron? All of you? I’m going to try but I’m gone a week so can be can I do two and a half.

 

I will allow you two weeks. Just taking out the week that you’re on vacation. Like two weeks after that. So then yes, I then I’m in. I’m in. Okay. So, I personally think that you guys are more than capable of getting five appointments in the next two weeks. Is anybody willing to take, the ten appointments in two weeks?

 

Challenge. Ooh, Aaron. But, now you’re making me feel like I have to commit to something. When you said five, it sounded easy. Aaron, I’m feeling like I might not be able to sleep in as late. I’m feeling like I might have. I don’t I feel like sleep in the model during the day. I mean, there are beds in the model, after all.

 

Jordan, have we ever caught a salesperson sleeping in the model before in one of the beds? Oh, not at all. Never really. We’ve never caught someone once a week doing the whole, ever eating eating the model home foods like sleeping on the bed, letting their dog in and poop on the ground. That’s not didn’t happen. We’ve never seen a salesperson moving into the model home at 3 a.m. before with dogs and smoking while moving in halfway and ashing on the carpeting and letting their dog crap on the company.

 

We’ve never had that happen. We don’t know. I got a call. That’s bold. Got a call from the police, and she had a car that was filled with everything she owned because her boyfriend had kicked her out and she didn’t know where else to go. So she decided to move into our model home at three in the morning.

 

The only problem was, she had actually been fired three weeks previously. That was the only issue with the whole thing. Oh my god. Yeah. But that was only because of the drugs. That’s the only reason we fired her. So, I mean, you know, it just was kind of like an ongoing set of circumstances. That’s the one that throws up a customer.

 

That is not the one who threw the popcorn at the customer. That was a different salesperson. But yeah. Do you remember the toe jam salesperson? Yeah, we had a toe jam. Told you guys the toe jam is the same model. That’s true. Did I tell you guys the toe jam story? Now, home builder consultant don’t think we need to know that.

 

Do you want. Do you want the. This is like the Hall of Shame. Want it all quick? We did have a salesperson who it was summertime. She showed up in Umbro shorts. You know what Umbro shorts are? They’re like short soccer shorts that are really baggy and, flip flops and a tank top for work, which was not our not the preferred fashion statement we were going for in the model home with the salesperson and, customer came in a man by himself.

 

She was a woman by herself. And, she took her foot out of her flip flop while standing on one side of the desk, and the customer on the other side of the desk took her foot and put it on the desk, kind of like frog legging to get her foot on the desk, because, you know, the desk was pretty high and took her pen and was picking toe jam out from between her toes while the customer is standing there and she’s got on her Umbro shorts.

 

Can you imagine what he was looking at while they were having this conversation? It was very inappropriate. I mean, just to sell the house? No. He ran out of the model home, and didn’t come back, but,
