Does that for you? Maybe the roof. Right? Or do you want the finishes that you look at every day on the inside? You want me to use lower quality materials? There, right? It’s like, no, I don’t want you to use lower quality materials. Okay.
Do you want me to use inexperienced?
Low quality labor in your home?
You know, no, I don’t. Okay, well, great. Then the price is the price, right? So it’s like you’re just giving them a logical argument as to why we don’t want to use. We don’t want to go cheaper. Right? This is why I’m not going to reduce my price. What else could you say to anything else? I have the incentives they could take advantage of.
Home builder coach would ask them why that’s important to them.
But if we’ve gone through and done our KB and everything, we probably know where their limits are and where they need to be.
Yeah, I think it’s like when they go macro, I’d go micro. Yeah.
Somebody explain to me what I mean by that. When they focus on the small details. You I don’t know, I have this in my notebook. Home builder coach should know this. I think you’ve done the big detailed. You focus on the little details. That’s what I was trying to say. Thank you. Actually, here and in this, in this and in this example, it’s when they go price you go payment.
Yep. Right. When we’re talking about money it’s when they go price you go payment. Well the difference in payment is $17 you know or whatever the number is. The difference in payment is $65. Is that what’s stopping you? How about you just stop getting Starbucks and make your coffee at home, right? Or whatever. You equate it to something in their lifestyle where they can save $65.
How many doctor peppers do you drink a day? That’s my favorite. You have about three a day. Wow, that’s $9 a day you’re spending on doctor Pepper. So you’re telling me $270 a month is just going to drink and soda? Oh, you know, yeah. And how much is that, diabetes going to cost you? Yeah. Now, this. Shall I amputate your feet now or later?
Oh, sorry. Okay, that’s maybe going a little too far.
Okay. Not funny here. And that was kind of morbid. Kind of funny. Little funny. Okay. I too, I ate 2 pounds a week, so I’ve been scared of that. Where’s Wilford Brimley when you need them? Right. With good cellular jazz for that. Almost touch your threshold. Entryway. So for for, you know, your wheelchair. Yeah, exactly. They don’t have a leg to stand on.
Brady, that was pretty good. That was pretty good. Jasper Dunn, you know, landing. It’s a one story. It’s a ranch style home. Yep. So if they are going to price you want to go to payment. You know why is that important to you? I think you need to make sure that you didn’t miss the beginning of the conversation about what the budget is, right?
So you want to get to that right off the bat. There. Find out where they’re at. Five easy steps from a home builder coach. Find out their monthly budget. What are they comfortable with? Okay. So those are some of those conversations. One thing that we talked about yesterday, I’m going to maybe reiterate real quick.
